ZEISS CONQUEST 3 - 9x40 MC Rifle Scope Listing ID: 3011527

This is a Zeiss Conquest 3 - 9X40 MC rifle scope. You can read the numbers, but you get variable magnification from 3 to 9 power, with a large objective lens for better light gathering. As to the glass - well, it's a Zeiss. Excellent clarity and contrast at all magnifications. I used the rifle for .22 Silhouette shooting, and had the elevation ring customized for a 36g .22 cartridge. So - if you're shooting a 36g .22 bullet at 1280 fps, you just set the dial for the range you want and fire away. Obviously, don't expect that to work for any other cartridge/weight combination. Includes Zeiss front and rear lens covers. This is a used scope, but in near-perfect condition. If you look hard and catch the light just right, you might be able to see a slight scratch near the forward top of the scope tube, but that's it. This is a great buy for the price.
